You are buying one eighth  portion of all the cuts of a whole bison. The cost is averaged between prime cuts and grind to offer you premium grass fed, grass finished Montana bison at $16.50 a pound, cut and wrapped. The cut and wrapped meat of an eighth weighs between 30 and 45 pounds and will cost between $495 and $745, plus shipping or delivery. To reserve your eighth of a bison, start by placing your down payment of $250. We will contact you once you’ve placed your order to arrange the timeline for processing, shipping and handling, delivery or pickup at the ranch. We ship through UPS. Packages are shipped from Billings, Montana. An eighth ships in one 16″X16″X16″ box and will weigh between 45 and 50 pounds. We will invoice you for final payment once the weight and shipping costs are determined. We must receive a down payment before the processing date. The remaining balance will be due once the animal is processed and ready to ship. Payment is non-refundable once we have established a kill date.

1-3 Tenderloin steaks

1-2 Ribeye streaks

2-3 New York steaks

3-4 Top round steaks

1 Bottom round steak

2-3 Sirloin steaks

1 Flank steak or Skirt Steak

1 Tri-Tip or Flat Iron

1 Roast

Remainder is grind with no outside fat added. Roughly 90% lean grind.
